Do these work over and over again? And, also, do I need to touch it to metal to discharge static shocks or just wear it?

These work over and over, and yes you need to hold one side and touch to metal by the other side to discharge static. These work well and you won't feel shocks when touching metal.

Like everything else in this world, since The US is not willing to compete, it is made in China. It works well, saved me from the annoying static shocks all the time, will definitely buy again

Has anyone tested if this can remove static from Vinyl records?

They don't remove static from things, they basically provide an outlet for static buildup in your own body. So they will help you control getting shocked, but they won't remove static from things. (I've tried!)
