I used to use Orange Triad but switched to these for the extra benefits and am so glad I did! I feel like I have more energy and can workout longer and more intense. There isn’t a smell and I can take them without eating and still not have an upset stomach! The pills for your liver is an added bonus since I’m a drinker. They are 8 large pills and you take 2 servings a day so it can be a lot if you have a gag reflex and the taste isn’t the best. Overall great value for the money! I’ll be using these for the foreseeable future!

They don't have any bad smells or taste. I don't have any bad indigestion problems from taking them or jitters. Gives me great energy suppresses my appetite makes me feel balanced in my hair and nails are great. It does turn your pee yellow from the energy pill I believe but other than that at least I know my system's processing them. A great addition to your daily regimen I do recommend. This is the most complete multi complex supplements and vitamins that you're going to find anywhere!
