Awesome
Having bought this tv for our kitchen thought it may be a nice tv. But Having set up the picture quality is awesome. With it Having LG Web os it's just like a cheaper version of LG. There's so much of a Tv for the price. Will buy another.

Great when it was working
Worked a couple of hrs next day went to turn it on had like a crack on the screen but not on the tv The tv when you touched it wasn’t broke if that makes sense, it just looked it so I turned tv off thinking t would go off unfortunately I had to return the tv, highly disappointed because when it was working it was great. Nobody in the household did anything to the tv as I’m a widow of 66 and nobody has been visiting

Hard to use and connecting a sound system does not work
The picture is very good but everything else is not so good I connected a sound system it worked for a while then stopped nothing worked so I then tried a sound bar using bluetooth it coneected but the sound was terrible kept breaking up so I'm returning it and going back to Roku tv it has easier to use.

Gave it to my children and they were happy about it especially the colours , tv functionality , size and it quality perfect to us and affordable as compared to others.

Excellent performance for a low price.
Absolute bargain, basically an LG tv with another badge on it. Uses the LG operating system. Loads of features, for a very good price. Picture quality is excellent as well.

First Impressions......... Not so good!
We chose this for it's great host of features that came with what seems a good price. However, whilst this is only first impressions, it doesn't bode well. It seems pretty difficult or impossible to set the TV up without going through setting up and signing into an account, which all points towards the LG ThinQ system. We downloaded the app but whichever way we tried to pair up the account using a mobile phone, the App\phone would not find the TV, even by scanning the QR Code. Then, all we now keep getting is an error message on the screen saying "Unknown problem has occurred for using Bluetooth. Please contact our customer service centre." This fills me with dred as I was unable to find any credible support or information in the UK prior to making the purchase! Even going through a lengthy software update over WiFi hasn't fixed the problem. Apart from that, the picture quality is not great whilst watching over terrestrial aerial, but I guess this is because the TV itself is better capable than the signal? And we've yet to find all the sexy things listed in the listing such as the remote working like a mouse, MEMC, and of course the use of the ThinQ App. Not sure where we go from here, but it currently feels like £208 wasted and we possibly should have gone for a cheaper unit without the extras, or spend proper money on a proper brand rather than a base TV that multiple companies put their label on......
