The scooter would randomly give an error message while accelerating and stop accelerating in mid use! I was almost hit by a car because of it. Also the battery did not come close to going 21 miles between charges. It wouldve been okay for riding around in front of the house, but i actually wanted a scooter that i could use as a means of conveyance. This scooter is not for that. Getting the cruise control to work was impossible. When the scooter worked as it should it was fine, but it usually didnt. The error message locking out accelerating was the worst problem though.
