Chickpea flour is so good
We had fried chickpeas at a restaurant and my husband begged me to make them for him. I ordered this chickpea flour. It’s very easy to use and it does not clump. The ingredients are clean and and the chickpeas came out great.

Unfortunately bitter
Well milled but very bitter. I went back to just blending up my own garbanzo beans to avoid the bitter flavor of this flour.

Great quality
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Absolutely amazing quality. I love this much more than I have ever like any chickpea flours from the grocery store. I like to bake cookies, flatbreads, and use it in recipes and a thickner. It gives food more flavor in an earthy and savory way. Super delicious and easy to use.

My go-to Chick Pea Flour
Good brand. I've never had any problem with TAJ Besan. I try to buy it in as large a package to get the lowest unit price. Great KETO alternative to wheat flour. I use it to make Socca (Lebanese flat bread), Pizza crust, Fried Chicken, or anything that requires flour. It does have it's own flavor profile so I usually season it. I have bought this product multiple times. Would recommend.
