Not too shabby. Pretty cute! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Runs small, but nice for aspiring "librarian-look" *by M***S on February 19, 2019* With a 38" bust, this still fits very snug. Like other reviews have mentioned, I might cut the band to solve that problem. As it is, I am very small busted, so when I pull it down the band does rest below the bust, but anyone with any amount of cleavage it would definitely bisect. It's unfortunate that they chose to use a thicker elastic band that isn't adjustable - literally every other dickie I own has an adjustable strap which alleviates this problem.I'm a little disappointed at the material used on these. I have plenty of other dickies / false collars to wear beneath my sweaters, so I had been expecting a similar material. The material is kind of mesh-like - a very see-thru polyester.
