I am not sure what power those subs need each but doubt 650 watts is enough for 4 12s. Look at the rms rating for each sub. Now multiply that by 4 and that is the power you need. **Q: Will this push a set of 160 rms components per channel?** A: Yes **Q: the come with remote bass level?** A: Yes **Q: Is this amp for 4 speakers?** A: I think what he is saying is that you can drive more than four, but only on 4 channels max per amp. The discription says 6 channels, but that is not correct.
