I have been using blanched almond flour but because of the virus was not able to get to the store where I usually buy it. So went on the internet to see what I could find at a good price. I found Anthonys unblanched flour and decided to give it a try. I have made my usual gluten free crackers and also gluten free rolls and they both turned out great. Flavor was good and texture good. This was my second order and I will keep using it. I will still use the blanched for some of my other baking. The price is very good on this. Very happy with it.

I make chaffles (Keto waffles) a couple times a week with this. It's a great product a a really good price. Why 4 stars? It's not organic and it doesn't have the non GMO labeling. I buy a lot of the Anthony's brand products and most are Organic or non GMO. They produce a lot of good quality food products that I have used over the last several years and if I have ever had a problem they are quick to respond and remedy the situation. BTW I have only had one problem with one of their products and it was a packaging issue. I sent them a photos of the bag and the production codes and the promptly sent a new replacement.
