Question 1

I’m going to buy a yamaha p45, which essentially the same size of p125, i just want to make sure this stand will fit p45, thanks

Accepted Answer

The stand is similar but will not fit a P-45. The mounting brackets are very different and at a different height.

Question 2

Hi, can someone please tell me the exact dimensions of the side panels please. Many thanks

Accepted Answer

Hi,

the side panels are: 65,5cm x 29cm

Question 3

Do you have to build the piano up

Accepted Answer

The stand is easy to put together and the keyboard simply rests easily on top securel. To allow a stool underneat, I opted for this stand as it can take the weight easily and since it is a full size keyboard which is heavy it needs to rest on a surface which is strong enough that you can sit comfortably and safely enough at to be able to be able to play without the fear of movement etc. It's really worth it and looks smarter than a portable stand.

Question 4

Hi, is the stand easy to take down once up? I need something that I can occasionally put away and not sure if this is made for that purpose.

Accepted Answer

The stand screws together and you only need a Philips screwdriver to assemble it. But the fixings are clearly not designed for repeated assembly/disassembly. Also we found it easier to assemble with two people. It could be managed by one person, perhaps, but it's obviously not designed to be taken to bits once assembled. The keyboard screws onto the stand and, if you have the pedal assembly, that does too. Both of these tasks were also easier with two people.
