I got this folic acid supplement for my daughter as part of her fertility journey. I think it's important to take this before you even think of getting pregnant to make sure you are in the best condition for getting pregnant. Taking folic acid supplements before and during pregnancy is important, and if you suffer from low folic acid in general these can help. These tablets are easy to take with no aftertaste and they are easy to fit into your normal daily routine. They are manufactured in the UK which I like too. The recommended dose on the bottle is one tablet per day Which is 400mcg of folic acid. With a total of 400 tablets per bottle, that's well over a years supply which it terrific value for money.

I take Vitamin D supplements due to a deficiency and I was told that I needed to also have folic acid to help me absorb it better. This bottle comes with 400 tablets and the dose is 1 a day meaning you get more than a years supply for only 9.99 (at the time of order). That's a bargain! They work just as well as the more expensive ones I had previous bought from a shop and I don't have to think about buying them every month. Wouldn't recommend.

I am unable to know if these are working, but folic acid is particularly important to take if trying to conceive, and during pregnancy. This is a tub of 400 400mg folic acid tablets. It arrived well packaged and the tub was sealed. I find them easy to swallow. At the recommended dose of 400mg per day this should last 400 days however the dose you are recommended to take by your doctor may be different to 400mg.
