More energy and fewer aches
Be consistent in taking this vitamin and you will begin to have more energy and to feel better in general. I've tried cheaper brands of D3 and discovered it's necessary to buy K2 in order for the D3 to do it's best job. I will keep taking D3 and K2 because I am beginning to once again want to partake in my own life. I was in serious pain with stiffness in most of my joints and so little energy I felt I had accomplished something if I survived the day without having to take a nap. I love Dr. Berg's products.

Help with mitigating what was most likely a case of the shingles about to intensify.
I was very likely about to have a case of shingles as areas on my back shoulders began having a burning sensation. Because I watch a lot of Dr. Berg's videos on YT & FB I decided to try this dietary vitamin supplement to possibly avoid getting a case of full blown shingles. After about a week I noticed that the back of my shoulders were no longer burning and felt normal again. I am still taking this supplement now at a slightly lower dose than when I first started taking it but will increase it again if the back of my shoulders begin burning again.
