We have a Sequoia, and bounce around a lot on Wyoming roads. With a hip that needs extra support, and spinal issues in my back and neck, the pain was almost unbearable. Tried a few different cushion styles, and this was a clear winner! Shape: I love the wedge shape. Other cushions are flat across, and made me sit in a hole: not good for tailbone or hip support. This gives support in the back, so my hip doesn't go out after being in the car. Cushion: This has a great level of memory foam. Denser stuff was too hard (no relief from bouncing on pothole roads), and squishier stuff just flattened under me. Even a year later, this one still rebounds when I get off and is very comfortable to ride on. Cover: Other reviewers mentioned the cover feeling weird in the summer, but I've sat on it with thin or short skirts and it's noticeably textured but not rough or coarse. No stickiness or itchiness from it, even in the hot months (yes, we do get those occasionally in Wyoming). Stay-in-place-ness: People also mentioned it sliding around a bit, but if you tuck the strap between the seat and seat back, it stays in place fairly well. Sure, you have to adjust it occasionally (especially sliding out and down from a bigger vehicle), but it's a simple matter to nudge it before you get in the car. Durability: Bought this almost a year ago, and it's still holding up great! And would definitely buy it again if I needed a 2nd one.

I am intentionally using the wedge cushion 'backwards' from its original design because I have setup my chair so that the back reclines around a 30-40 deg angle. This wedge with the back recline makes it feel like a zero gravity chair and takes pressure off of my lower back. Things I like: 1. The rubbery non-slip surface on bottom holds the cushion in place while sitting 2. size - the size is perfect relative to others I've tried 3. foam density - it has the right amount of 'give' and support

Generally does what I wanted it to do. Seat on Honda Ridgeline has 8-way adjust but lacks a tilt function. Needed to reduce the angle of the seat relative to the seat back and not be too deep front to back. Ordered this one and a gel/memory foam one, kept this one. Adjusts angle for me, doesn’t slide too much, big enough but not too big. Gives more height to seat which some people might like.

Good size and right amount of wedge thickness needed, but the memory foam is rather firm. I placed a thin regular chair pad over it to make it more comfortable and function better. The quality of the cover, optional insert under the tail bone is a good idea.

I’ve tried multiple brands and this one is most ergonomic; in fact bought 2nd one for my home chair and another one i cut in half to use when traveling so tailbone support.

Very comfortable, provides pain relief for my hip, larger size fits well on my couch, stays in place well and doesn’t slip.

I purchased these worthless cushions to use in the driver's side seat of my cars. I am a 4' 10" - 84 lbs. woman and only drive my car maybe twice a week. The memory foam in these cushions completely flattens out. What's worse is the memory foam tends to flatten in areas so that I'm sitting crooked which makes my back hurt. The removable piece in the back is a stupid idea because it means there is less support for this flimsy cushion since there is literally space all the way around that removable piece. I missed my opportunity to return these horrible, worthless cushions so I decided to write a review so that everyone else can avoid making this huge mistake of purchasing these. How can a cushion flatten out when I'm such a lightweight? I'll tell you why; because there's ZERO QUALITY in them. 'Memory Foam' means it's going to remember that you already sat on it and flattened it out so the moment you sit down again, it immediately loses its density. Do yourself a favor and look at a different product than these. I had a wedge cushion made at a foam factory back in the 90's for my car that lasted me for 15 years! I wish I lived near that factory still . . . the search goes on to find a wedge cushion that works.

I needed a wedge cushion to help flatten out the incline of my car seat. I don't need a tailbone cut-out, and some other seat cushions I tried had large tailbone cut-outs that were uncomfortable for me. I was glad to see that this iHealthComfort cushion has a great design with a removeable foam piece that provides an optional tailbone cut-out. This cushion is soft, but not too squishy, and takes some pressure off my sit bones. It is a good height for my car seat and makes driving more comfortable.

I like the way the cushion is slanted, not all the same depth. My legs are comfortable and don't go numb because of the slanted feature. I also like the firmness of it and the toughness of the material. I have had too many cushions that are softer but they fall apart after a couple of months. This cushion looks well made. It also has a non-slip side that I really like.

This takes the pressure off my spine and supports sitting correctly. I wish I'd bought it sooner. Highly recommended for people who need better support when sitting due to back issues.

Handy cushion, comfy and feel good quality

I have tried many cushions and ended up returning all of them but this one is a keeper. Works great for me, has the right firmness and does not move around because of the grippy bottom. It does get a little hot in very hot weather but that is a small consolation considering it works well.
