Q: Is there mesh lining on the bottom that covers the whike bottom or a boarder that tucks under the mattress?

It’s literally like a see through tent. You put the mattress inside the tent. There is fabric all around including the bottom

Q: How does the zipper lock? My daughter has been unzipping and zipping it back up.

It doesn’t lock but if you zip it all the way closed they usually have a hard time unzipping it enough to get out

Q: is there a way to wash the netting? If so how are the poles removed?

The poles are open on the top so you can unhook them and slide them out. Exactly like a tent and then wash the fabric.

Q: Could this fit on a pack n play?

The pack n play would go inside, as long as the pack n play is smaller than a crib mattress you should be good.
