Q: What are the dimensions of both sizes?

Mine is LxWxH 4.33 x 0.43 x 0.71 inches. Dimensions for each model appears in the Details section.

Ours won’t seal. Sent it back for a replacement and that leaks too. Amazon and vendor won’t allow a return/replacement

You can try drying the water with a hair dryer. You may need to stay away from water sources. Warm Tips： The coffee canister air pressure won't come up, possibly for the following reasons: 1. Too many coffee grounds. Too much coffee grounds can also cause the air pressure not to start. 2. Blockage. If the lid is clogged with coffee grounds, dislodged seals or other impurities, it can also cause the air pressure not to start.

Q: How do i get a warranty? The head has just quit working

There is no warranty. It is junk. Mine stopped working after one week and they would not replace it.
