I have had the earlier version of the bullworker for years and it has been great being able to keep it so readily accessible (it’s so compact!). You definitely want to take a little time to read the little booklet it comes with, its quick to learn and once you know, it becomes such a versatile way to exercise, I primarily use it to stretch and build my upper body strength.
