This outdoor fireplace worked out great for us. We combined it with a patio furniture set and string lighting that we also found on Amazon. The fireplace adds a nice ambiance to the setup. It comes with a pretty decent cover, and the build quality seems good. It arrived quickly and was very neatly packaged. Assembly was straightforward, but took about 1.5 hours. I like that it has doors, unlike a lot of the other similar fireplaces on Amazon. We are very happy with the appearance of this fireplace.

The fireplace looks great lots of screws, bolts,and many panels,lots of unpacking be prepared for 4 hours of work minimum with good assembly background have a good foam kneeling pad and be prepared for a lot of up and down and reading the assembly instructions over and over tons of cardboard to dispo of product was delivered on time and damage free very Happy with the end product

The product is as expected very nice. The assembly was quite difficult and there were parts missing. There were supposed to be four screws of a particular size there were five. But it actually required eight. Eventually it all got sorted out. But I could have done without the stress

In all my years as an Amazon Prime member, this is the worst purchase I have ever made. The item is OK; the customer service is beyond terrible. Bison Commerce paid no attention to my many texts re. my refusal of damage item on delivery. They even sent back the same damaged item and offered only to replace damaged parts. They do not abide by their own instructions re. refusing damaged goods on delivery. It now seems I have to pay for shipping this item back. Bison Commerce has done everything to avoid paying for return shipping. Be advised- absolutely awful attention to their ‘valued customers’.

This has been a great addition to our back yard patio. Well worth the money, we love it!

Product is nice but one of the lids was scratched up in 4 places on the top.

Extremely happy with this. Pack a lunch for assembly, was fairly easy, but instructions were sometimes worthless. Had the support bars underneath wirh no bolts provided to hold in place, didnt need them anyways.The cover could be a little heavier duty, bot overall we endlessly used this almost every night. This did an amazing job at directing heat towards us.
