Good product would buy Again

This Lap Top Works very well, I use it at work for factory automotive diagnostic software and its has worked better than the models the manufacture gives us to use.

Have owned over a half dozen laptops so far. Couple of Asus, 2 Acers , a Surface Pro and this is my second HP! I guess I have been blessed, because they all have been everything I needed... but this one is so fast - it does s*$! before I even know I want to do it. Agree with other reviews about construction... thought I was not gonna like the plastic construction at first but I quickly became OK with it when I realized the weight difference it makes over metal construction. Contrary to reviews that claim you have to have a Microsoft Business Account to set this laptop up and use it, that is simply NOT true. I used my Microsoft personal account to do initial setup quickly and after a couple of hours went back and even deleted that, using a login and password that has nothing to do with Microsoft. Search "using Windows 11 without a Microsoft account". The answer is simple and changing initial setup takes less than 3 minutes. you can remove your already installed Microsoft Account and get away from the annoying BS that accompanies it. Basically this is a super-fast laptop that probably well exceeds your needs. I do a lot of Audio editing for broadcast and have zero problems with lag time. I consider it a great buy and unless you have really high workload demands, this computer will more that exceed your needs! I highly recommend.

Decent laptop, but it’s good value for money. It’s great if you’re not planning on gaming or coding on it or any heavy CPU use apps. I don’t like the keyboard too much, but I really can’t complain for the price. This is the perfect laptop for light work I will say

This laptop is the center piece of my mobile music studio. I also use it for photo, graphics and video editing. It has handled EVERYTHING I've done with it. It's light, very slim, nice big screen and has USB-A and USB-C PORTS. long battery life and doesn't get too hot. I really have no complaints..and I love to complain.

I got this computer to replace my Dell Inspiron 16gb. Terrible mistake. I really thought that going from 16gb ram to 64gb was going to make a big difference, but this computer is actually slower, running less programs. I’ve never had an HP, maybe they are just crap, but I was very disappointed. The battery lasts maybe 2 hours. And the screen quality is junk every other time I use it. Glitchy lines across the screen. And the brightness only goes half as bright as my dell. The keyboard does not light up either. I will be trying to return this, and get another Dell. I have ran it a week or 2 to see if things would improve and unfortunately they have not. Very disappointed in Hp here.

I couldn’t be mute happy than I am with this purchase. The laptop I was using had being so slow and couldn’t keep up with my work which includes a lot of photo editing. This laptop was a great purchase!

Pues todo estaba bien, desde la compra y el pedido de la misma, pero no tiene audio instalado, o medios para ello, eso no me gusto, busque los controladores

This laptop (64GB 2TB) is great and is a good buy. No heat issue like Intel processor.

solo le doy una estrella para que me dejara comentar, el producto es de malisima calidad, plástico total, no tiene ni una etiqueta de identificación con número de serie o modelo, además que el servicio de paqueteria no la entregó en mano a nadie, solo la dejaron caer por encima de una reja con el riesgo de que alguien más pudiera tomar el paquete y llevarselo, es una decepción total que una empresa tan "seria" tenga este tipo de actitudes en cuanto a la calidad de sus ventas y la etica de sus repartidores
