You know, honestly, there are so many skin care products on the market that can be expensive, but yield no noticeable results, and then you have this affordable serum that you really don't get your hopes up about, but you try it anyway. I'm a 61 year-old woman with dry, flaky skin, rosacea on my cheeks and nose, big pores, and many deep lines and wrinkles. This stuff is absolutely AMAZING! I noticed a difference in my skin after 2 days, and so did everybody else in my life! After a week of use, my sister-in-law asked me if I "had work done". Not gonna lie, I was half offended and half giddy! My skin isn't dry and flaky, my pores look smaller, lines less deep, and it has allowed my other serums to work more effectively to actually start fading out my rosacea. Unbelievable! Just cleanse, apply the Cetaphil serum, and give it about 5-10 minutes to absorb, follow with any other serum, then moisturize and sunscreen! It's not sticky or greasy, it doesn't pill up under makeup, and I bought another bottle already even though I have a 1/2 bottle left because a little bit goes a long way, but I never want to run out! If you have mature, dry skin, you NEED this in your daily skincare regimen!

This is already my second bottle! Great basic serum for skin repair: it strengthens the barrier, calms everything down, has no smell, isn't greasy, and works even on sensitive skin. I've had a long battle with perioral dermatitis, and this stuff doesn't trigger my skin at all.

I bought this randomly on a whim without reading any reviews, and I really fell in love with it. I don’t normally write reviews on here, but feel like I need to with this because it deserves more hype. I have combo skin that can get a sometime be a little bit more dry because I use tret and azelaic acid. I also was using a few other serums with somewhat harsher ingredients which started to mess up my skin barrier (could tell as soon as my skin started burning when putting on moisturizer) This serum started working quickly and within a few days I could tell my barrier had already started to be on the mend. I was using it 2x a day at first, but now I am only using it at night before tret. It’s really hydrating, but not heavy. You only need a small amount too as it spreads super easily. I’ll definitely be buying this again for the foreseeable future

I went on an extended camping trip way off grid for two weeks and we unexpectedly did not find any clean water to bathe in so for basically 2.5 weeks I was very unclean. We also drank quite a bit in camp and when I got home I had a horrible dermatitis breakout behind my ears and around my nose for the first time in my life. Did a lot of research and purchased multiple things but this is what I needed all along. Healed in a week. I also started putting it on other skin irritations and that heeled quickly as well. The craziest thing is over the last year due to rubbing my left eye from allergies too much I developed a skin tag on the outer part of my eyelid very close to the eyeball itself. I figured what the heck and tried it, safely. Within two weeks it went away! Was definitely not expecting that! I'm a guy so buying something like this is not common for us but I plan to continue to have some around all the time.

I love this serum. Cetaphil products have always worked well for my skin. I put 2 drops of the serum mixed into my Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion normal to dry skin and Laura Mercier Real Flawless Foundation for my morning makeup. I just rub it on with my fingers and it applies evenly. My chin is no longer red and flakey. This moisturizes all day. My pm routine: remove eyeshadow with Farmacy balm, micellar water my face and wash with Vanicream Gentle Facial Cleanser, splash with gentle toner; then apply Cetaphil moisturizing lotion normal to dry skin with 2 drops of the Cetaphil ceramide serum. I have been using for 2 months during the winter and it has helped keep my face from drying out. I have tried MANY products to moisturize and stop redness. This routine is actually working and the products are very inexpensive! Maybe this will help other people. As long as I mix the serum with the lotion I get no skin irritation. There is no scent. As of now I would definitely buy this product again.

Helps with my rosacea. I have super super sensitive skin that is breakout prone and it likes this. Moisturizing and soothing.

J'ai connu cette marque quand j'avais une tête qui ressemblait à une calculatrice. (Les joies de la puberté). C'est le dermatologue qui me l'avait recommandé pour sa douceur (je faisais un traitement costaud pour l'acné) Ça avait été très efficace. La marque est aujourd'hui très discrète. Même dans la plus grosse pharmacie/parapharmacie de Lyon, elle n'est plus en rayon (merci Amazon) Je viens de faire un peeling chez le dermatologue. Ce produit tient ses promesses. Je ne peux plus m'en passer. Les Rougeurs disparaissent très vite Plus d'effet de peau qui brûle après l'application Hydrate Répare Je pense que toutes les personnes qui ont une peau sensible, à rougeurs, déshydratée, trouveront leurs bonheurs avec ce sérum.
