Does what it should
Does the job, put it on my vw t4. Solved the issue of maintaining a live feed to the radio when the ignition is off, for memory. Long delivery time only down side.

Great product but there’s a catch
Great quality and fix, good value. Only thing to keep in mind is some European cars like my 96 VW Jetta have inverted wires (ignition and positive) so they must be inverted in this harness (easier than switch them in the car harness) for it to work properly.

Look at your stereo connections
This is exactly what I needed for my 2010 VW Beetle. Instead of splicing two pigtail adapters together, this goes from the car wiring directly to the head unit I bought. Important things to know: check the wiring of this against your speaker plug. It will not work with every system VW used. The head unit end is a common connector for off brand aftermarket stereo head units. Mine was a no name CarPlay/Android Auto unit that goes by many “names” from the same factory. The absolute best part of this is that the wiring is long enough to allow the head unit to slide out for access, unlike the super tight factory wiring. It’s also not so long you will have difficulty tucking it into the cramped space behind a VW radio.
