Just can't beat the quality and the fit is perfect.
I'm a huge fan of Carhartt clothing. But I especially like the Henley shirts, both long and short sleeves. The fit is generous but not too big, just very comfortable. And of course the wash and wear feature is a big plus for me. And the Henley look sets them a step above a regular Tshirt, imo. And a very important feature for me is the pocket. As someone who regularly uses readers, I find it very convenient to have a pocket. They are also very well made. I would put them up against pretty much any other brand in terms of durability. There's a reason they are so popular.
