I have been taking these for a few months now, and here's the ting, I love them. They are small, yet have so much power, I have noticed that the past few months, I've been needing to put my hair up because it's getting decently long!! Others have noticed around me too that my hair is getting longer as well, it hasn't done much for my skin (I have really bad skin), but for my nails it has done wonders as well. I wear UV press on nails that I have to soak off, and when I take the false nails off, my nails any as brittle and damage as they normally are. There are little changes that I am seeing here and there and it is a wonderful thing to know that this works!! There is not taste and it's easy to sallow so no comment there! The texture of the pill is a pretty standard capsule, so if you have no problems with taking capsules, you'll have no issue getting this down. The ingredients are good! I like that I know what a lot of them are!

I cannot rave about these enough, these helped me through the trenches of PP hair loss. They literally worked magic, I noticed it in my nails, hair, and skin. HOWEVER, you are paying more online.

Good product, has helped with my hair growth

I have bought several bottles and it has helped my hair grow a little but more significantly my nail strength. The pills themselves don’t have a bad taste and they are larger then ur average Tylenol. I will say I think the size of the bottle is bigger then needed for the amount of pills. Overall though functionally speaking I’ve bought three months worth and have noticed a difference in my nails mainly and the shine in my hair.

Great supplemental vitamin I take because most medicines drain me like for my thyroid and cholesterol and as we also know these medications are known to take the hair out and demo nail growth run and get these vitamins must have

These vitamins actually work! I use them regularly and have seen a significant improvement in my hair and nails. Highly recommend if you're looking for a supplement that actually follows through on its claims.
