Each lozenge contains 2.5 billion CFU of the Streptococcus salivarius K12 strain, known for supporting oral and throat health. While I can't definitively say they're the reason I've stayed healthy, they seem to contribute positively to my overall well-being. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is the difficulty in quantifying their effectiveness. It's hard to attribute my lack of illness solely to these lozenges, as many factors contribute to health. However, they seem to be a beneficial addition to my regimen. Overall, if you're looking for a proactive way to support your throat and oral health, these lozenges are worth considering. They taste good, are easy to use, and may provide that extra layer of defense against common throat issues.

I have frequent tonsil stone due to a tonsil crypt. Before taking this product i always experience bad taste and breath in mouth whenever i have tonsil stone. But since i bought this product for a couple of days now, even though the tonsil stone is present, i dont experience bad breath and taste. I guess it's working. But, technically this will not correct my condition. I still have to go to ENT doctor to get tonsillectomy or tonsil cryptolysis.

I didn't notice a difference in susceptibility, but too expensive to take for longer-term experiment.

Works great. Keeps gums healthy. Well worth the money.
