I’ve had issues with my digestive system and constipation took it first evening after dinner the next day I was able have a full bowel movement! I don’t take it everyday but when I feel full I take it it’s a great product highly recommend it! It’s not expensive, I just feel so much better! I wish this was around when my mom was alive because if she had this product she would be alive, she died 21 years ago of a bowel obstruction!

It worked well for me. I wasn’t in the bathroom all day like other reviews suggested. It did clean me out every morning fairly well. And then helped go a few times later in the day. I will say it did help me feel not as bloated or bottom heavy as before. It helped also with my sleep and the energy for the next day due to sleeping. It was fairly easy to swallow I just had to take 2 at a time. The taste of it was nasty though. But I mean I would recommend this because it helped me jump start my gut more than anything. Only give a 4 out of 5 because of the taste was so terrible. Like sulfur and would linger for me.

I started drinking it at night. The capsules always give me problems, I try not to drink them, it's very hard to get it out of my body. I took 2 capsules to start with, and at about 1 a.m. I started to feel unwell! I went and drank some hot water, and I almost threw it all up! Then I drank some more hot water, and it got easier. No, it's not a very good idea, it has a high magnesium content, which is very poorly absorbed by the body. Read reviews before making a purchase!

Depends on how you eat will determine the type of stool you do. More protein it will be normal, more plant based it will be runny. Lemon water is a great activation 💩😁🙏

It shipped really quickly and was sealed well. I like that it is a single ingredient product--that is typically better for me. I love that it is a vegetable capsule and is sourced from premium ingredients. I also really appreciate that it has a best-buy sticker on it that lets me know I received a fresh product. Really excited about this for my gut health!
