I have always had a bag that kept my insulin cool but it got lost in a recent house move. I bought this as a replacement and was veryn impressed. I was attracted by the fact it had the temperature on the outside which was reassuring abd meant I could be sure that the insulin was the right. Could fit two insulin pens and a couple of vials for the pens. comfortably. Thjere is no fuss in preparing for the journey just pop them in the freezer and on the day in the box

The ice packs quickly cool the pouch to as low as -2°C but, in recent 28°C temperatures, it rapidly reached room temperature again within an hour necessitating frequent exchange of ice packs. Fortunately I'd bought extra! It is a sturdy case with room for 2 pens and spare needles, great for travelling, but in warm weather, the insulation is a bit lacking.

Does what it says on the tin my meds are kept cool and I can see when I need to pop it back in the fridge love the 2 water coolers however on split in the box and I had gel all over the case.

Does not keep the insulin that cold and the zip is very stiff.

My mom has diabetes and I bought it for her to keep the temperature of her medicine. Easy to transport goods value for money, functional, fit the medication and syringes. Strong and it doesn't let the medication gets warm. Keeping safe for use even for long periods.

The overall quality of the case is okay. The build feels decent and the ice packs seem to hold the temperature well enough for short trips. Unfortunately the digital thermometer on mine arrived broken, which was a big letdown because that feature was the main reason I chose this particular model. I contacted Amazon for a refund, but the courier wouldn’t collect it because of the battery inside. After a bit of back and forth, Amazon refunded me in full and told me to keep the case. Apart from the faulty display, I don’t have any complaints. The value for money would have been good if the thermometer screen had worked, but as it was broken it took away the main benefit. Still, the case itself is usable, good amount of storage inside that fits your vials and even a few syringes if needed and the cooling packs work well, just be aware the digital readout may be hit or miss.

Very good, keeps items cool for a very long time when travelling.

Done exactly what I wanted to keep diabetes meds cold on a long flight

Wasn't great for me. Didn't hold the cold as long as expected but it displays it very accurate.
