I have been using this UBPET V10 for over a week now, and it has worked very well. The vacuum and app setup are quite simple, and so is the mapping function for the house. Once you schedule the cleaning and specify the areas to be vacuumed through the app, it does the job as intended to keep the floors and carpets clean.Compared with the handheld vacuum cleaner I used to own, this V10 vacuum cleaner is so convenient. It frees up my hands for more chores or work. Moreover, it can handle difficult areas, such as those under the bed and behind the couches, without having to crawl under it with my old vacuum cleaner.Its noise level is comparable with my other Shark robot. During cleaning, not only is it following the mapping, but also it shows intelligence in avoiding obstacles and adjusting its suction power when it moves from floor to carpet. It can maneuver in very tight spaces, as well.The maintenance is fairly simple, too. Just empty the dirt container on the top and clean the filter with the brush included in the product box. For a 45-minute vacuum cycle, you can easily tell how effective the robot does to your house. I think it is a very well designed product and provides great customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.

This is not my first experience with a robot vacuum cleaner. But UBPeT robot is the first one that impressed me by its truly smart AI technology. It arrived in a neat and well-designed package. Its set up was straightforward using the downloaded APP, even though several attempts were needed to recognize and connect to the Wi-Fi. After a brief charging, it’s ready for action.Our house is a custom built one with about 3000 sq ft space on the ground level, comprising mixed wood, marble, & carpet floor; irregular shaped rooms and all kinds of furniture. No robot vacuum cleaner had managed to complete a total sweep before. UBPeT went about doing its job doggedly and finished the foyer without a hitch. Then it went into the dining room to meet a true test – a jungle of 48 legs of chairs plus 5 of a round table. UBPeT spent some 20 minuets to tackle the legs and suddenly uttered “battery is low, return to charging station”. With that announcement, it bypassed all the hindrance and cut a direct route back to the station and docked. After 2 hours’ charging, it returned itself to the same spot where it had left to continue its task. Nice job indeed! Although it took 4 charges and several rescues on our part to disentangle it from electrical wires as well as furniture covering sheets, UBPeT completed the whole floor without incurring accidents such as falling down the stairs. (We did empty the dust bin in between charges.)UBPeT has a powerful suction and cleans pet hairs good. We took it to downstairs where two golden retrievers from our son’s family stayed for many months a year ago. Despite the fact that we have since cleaned the area at least three times with a Dyson vacuum cleaner, UBPeT came up with another bountiful crop of brown furs. It went underneath sofa and other tight spots where conventional vacuum cleaners have a hard time to reach.Overall, we are quite satisfied with the UBPeT performance. It may well be the most advanced gadget in its category in terms of effectiveness and ease of use. It would be nice if the APP can offer an option to select different floor plans so that we can take it to any one of our 3 floors and put it to work without remapping the territory.

I have had this vaccum for 6 months. At first it was great but then the issues started. It started losing connection with the network so I was constantly reconnecting/pairing it. Now it lost connection and will not pair back up. Every time I try it says "robot unable to connect" no matter how many times it is reset. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money.

Noise level is loud, it does pick up well but it smells like something is burning when in use. Not worth the money!

I love this vacuum. Maps really quickly. Vacuums so well. Most importantly it doesn't scratch my engineered hardwood floors or require any bags. The only issue is when I have it set to do a scheduled cleaning it completely disgrards the current map, virtual walls, and blocked off areas. It tries to vacuum where I don't want it to. As a work around I just start a zone clean whenever needed. My floors have never been cleaner.

The media could not be loaded. I’m loving this robotic vacuum! It’s super easy to control — through app or manually, set up was super quick. What I like the most is the suction power. I’ve had 3 robot vacuums and 2 wireless vacuum sticks from big brand names, but this one is definitely the strongest. After a cycle, the dust bin was packed with fine dust, pet hair, debris, much more than other vacuums I had before.Daily cleaning schedule set up was a game changer since it takes care of the cleaning for me without any effort while I’m at work.It moves around furniture and transitions between rooms smoothly, and the cleaning tools were also great, especially with all the cat hair in my house.For the price, it’s such a steal. Great performance, easy to use, and does exactly what I need it to. I’ve already told a few friends about it and honestly, it would be a great gift for anyone — especially pet owners or busy moms

I really wanted to like this vacuum. The suction was good with the carpet boost on, the problem was it only ran about 17 ½ minute before it needed to charge again. Since my house is probably 2/3 or more carpet, it took at least 5 recharges to finish the main level. At a little over 2 hours charge time, that is over 11 hours to vacuum about 1500 sq. feet. I also don’t think the type of roller worked very well on my carpet. It didn’t completely pick up my cats hair. I think it might work okay if you had mostly hard surfaced floors.At first it could only find the base about half the time. This did seem to improve after it ran several times. It also makes a humming noise while it is charging which is kind of annoying.
