It is sweet and pure, and may bend your spoon when you take a scoop. It tastes lovely raw from the spoon and very nice in coffee, tea, or as a sweetener for herbal tea. I would say this honey is very thick. and very good value for money. I am sure the Purity of this Honey is 100% Top Quality 5 Star Purity.

LIKE SUNSHINE IN A JAR!
Beautiful raw honey that is smooth, very fruity and smells and tastes delicious. Almost like lemon curd in consistency and look. It's got a beautiful colour to it and it's not too sweet. It's soft enough to spread on toast or eat from the jar. I will definitely be buying this again.
