Excellent Travel Case for Temperature-Sensitive Medications.
This YOUSHARES insulin cooler travel case is a well-designed solution for carrying temperature-sensitive medications during travel and everyday activities. I like that it includes a temperature display, allowing you to quickly verify storage conditions without opening the case unnecessarily. The insulated design helps maintain a stable environment for medication pens and supplies, while the included TSA-approved ice packs provide additional cooling support during trips. The organizer layout keeps medications, pens, and accessories neatly arranged and protected from damage. The case feels durable and compact enough to fit in a backpack, carry-on bag, or vehicle without taking up excessive space. The zipper operates smoothly, and the overall construction gives confidence when transporting important medical supplies. Whether for vacations, business trips, doctor visits, or daily use, this case offers both convenience and peace of mind. Overall, it is a practical and thoughtfully designed medication travel organizer that combines portability, protection, and temperature management in one compact package.

Perfect for travel
Comes with mini ice packs that fit perfectly and keep my peptides cold for flights or road trips.

Works great!
I purchased this to hold my medication of Bonsity for osteoporosis. The medication pen dispenser, sterile wipes and needles fit perfectly and the 2 blue ice packets keep it all cold for the length of time needed. Would definitely purchase again.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointed – Did Not Keep My Peptides Cold
⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointed – Did Not Keep My Peptides Cold I purchased the OUSHARES Insulin Cooler Travel Case specifically to transport temperature-sensitive peptides, but unfortunately it did not perform as expected. Despite following the instructions and fully freezing the ice packs beforehand, the internal temperature did not stay consistently cold for the length of time advertised. The temperature display was a nice feature, but it quickly showed the temperature rising, which made me worry about the effectiveness and safety of my medication. For short trips it may be adequate, but for extended travel I did not feel confident that my peptides were being kept within the recommended temperature range. The case itself is well-made and compact, and the TSA-approved ice packs are convenient. However, for a product marketed to protect sensitive medications, temperature performance is the most important factor, and that's where it fell short for me. Pros: Compact and easy to carry Convenient temperature display TSA-friendly design Cons: Did not keep peptides cold long enough Temperature rose faster than expected Not reliable for longer travel periods Overall Rating: 1/5 – Nice concept and decent construction, but it did not provide the cooling performance I needed for transporting temperature-sensitive peptides. I would not purchase it again.

Good product for travel
I wish it stayed colder longer. It did keep my medicine at the temperature, but it just wasn’t as cold.

Very impressed with this case!!!
This case is really sturdy, solid and high quality for 10 bucks! They included 2 extra batteries (although the temperature readout was working fine when I opened it so it's not like you have to insert them, they are just spares). The zipper is very smooth and invisible and closes to keep out moisture.

Sturdy case with temperature reading in plenty of room
I find this case very handy since I have to take my vials to work with me so I can take shots at the end of the day or when I travel. It’s nice to know they’ll stay cool and I can see what the temperature is. Plenty of room for the needles, the vile the needle, clippers, the antiseptic wipes, etc..
