I was never too concerned about the flavor, as long as I could drink it. It tastes like a flavored seltzer. As far as glucose control, it seems to work very well, within reason. I had 2 chicken thighs coated with breadcrumbs, plus a fairly large baked potato. I started out with a glucose of 98, and it never went higher than 110 for the next 2 hours. And OF COURSE(!) I put it to a REAL test. I had a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on 2 thick pieces of sourdough toast, having one of those individual fruit pies for dessert. My glucose went from 110 to 205. Gotta keep it real, I guess.

These drinks are pitiful. Tried a few and had to throw the rest away. I wanted them to work and help with my blood sugar control but I could not handle the taste. A good way to ruin a meal.

Helps bring my sugar down

I received my product with less than half the water in the cans and bloated cans. There was no leakage upon arrival or puncture in the cans but one box had cans not filled all the way which is a factory issue. Eventually some bursted and leaked, the ones that seemed a bit bloated. I am disappointed because this is my second order as I really liked the taste of this drink but I can't return this and now paid for a product I can't drink. Very upsetting. Update - the company contacted me and made this right so I'm updating my review. They didn't ask me to do that but I was about to order another box so I didn't feel right leaving it at one star. I really like how this drink tastes! I hope that my next order has no issues. I wish the stores near me carried more flavors.

The previous iteration of this product seems to have gotten bad reviews mostly derived from packaging - broken seals, collapsed cans, mold or unfilled cans. This batch did not have any such issues. Each of the 6 pack is in another box of its own and then packaged in a sturdier box. The taste is just mysterious to my palate - cant tell the difference among any of the three - and it doesnt taste a bit chemical-like. Not much different than the off-brand sparkling water one can find in any grocery store. The research purported to support the claims are available on their website (not very many - two) and seems to be centered on ability to reduce peak sugar level post consumption. Unclear if any other independent researcher has confirmed/peer-published the claims. After 3 days of experimenting, haven't seen any impact on myself (using a simple self-prick test, maybe because i am not pre-diabetic). If you are inclined for a slightly expensive experiment, this may be worth attempting. But dont expect to be "wow"-ed by the taste or the price.

Excellent. Drink as directed helps me not crave sugar after eating. Flavor is subtle, is not fruit soda, but is delightful to drink before and during meal. Comes BEAUTIFULLY & sturdily boxed so no worry about dented cans. Spoke with supplier who said they’d replace any damaged cans if occurs.
