Solid bar for workout and play
If you can find bands that work well with it, it's pretty decent for a home workout. The bar is fairly strong and haven't seen any sign of it bending. I'm up to three sets of resistant bands from five below to get a similar results to squatting at the gym. I'd guess I've stress tested it with around 250 lb of pressure pulling on it. Not sexy but can be used in the bedroom. If you know you know

Good Resistance!
Very functional and durable! I like that you can change the resistance and movements by taking an extra bar out.

It is a resistance band bar, that seems to do it's intended job ok for a multipiece bar.
It is an ok resistant band bar, it goes together easy, is easy to store and has not bent or deformed yet.

Ottimo prodotto

Barra fuerte. Me encanta.
