Brilliant. I wanted to go for a UK brand, as I feel I could trust them more. You find these in capsules from other companies, but I wanted something much cheaper and more effective and I find this does the job very well. Taste is strong as expected, so mixing up with a drink such as honey and milk will mask the strong taste.

Disgusting taste - lets hope it works!
I purchased this because it apparently helps with Lyme Disease. It's a horrible taste and the only way I can take it is stirred into a juice with lots of added honey. Next time I will go for capsules. It will be worth it if it works.

Dieses Produkt hat eine sehr gute Qualität. Der Geschmack ist nicht so sehr bitter und wenn es richtig dosiert wird,hat es auch die erwünschte Wirkung. Nimmt man zuviel davon,wenn der Körper es noch nicht gewöhnt ist, verkehrt sich die Wirkung ins Gegenteil 😁Achtung! Ich nehme es bei innerer Unruhe oder vor dem Schlafen gehen, ca einen halben bis einen gestrichenen Teelöffel in WARMEN WASSER oder warmer bio Milch und etwas Ghee, ein.-dadurch kann es besser vom Körper aufgenommen werden,die Wirkung intensiviert sich und bei dieser Menge,geht nichts schief. Ich kann dieses Ashwanganda wärmstens weiter empfehlen.
