Highly recommend. ### ⭐ Great idea, bad adhesive. *by R***F on August 9, 2026* The idea of this is really cool but unfortunately the adhesive that this manufacturer uses is a joke. As soon as I put this on and put clothing over it it immediately starts peeling off on the clothing. I also tried swimming in it and man that was awful. It was coming off after my first lap in the pool. For context I normally wear either the Target brand or the KT brand and both of them last several days, under clothing. I can also swim in both of those brands for a rigorous one hour swim. I may need to change the tape at the end of the swim but it does stay on. This is really a shame because the actual shape that they cut it in is great and very clever and supportive. It just won't stay on. I went through half of the box so it wasn't just a misapplication one time, it's just bad adhesive. I ended up throwing the second half of the box away.
