If you are anything over a 34 A cup, maybe even 34B cup, I caution you against buying this dress. I sized up based off the most recent review purchasing a 12 and the buttons in the chest area are barely staying shut even with a thin sports bra on. I love the flowy nature of this dress, how it hides imperfections in the waist area and really wanted it to work but sadly must return it. For a size 12 you'd think they would have thought about the bust size.

I liked this dress but I should have sized up. The sleeves were really tight and it made it really hard to take off. It was also very tight across the shoulders. There is an independent slip you can remove if you want.

This dress is pretty but unfortunately it was to tight in the chest. I ordered a size 14, weigh 160 and wear a 36d bra. It doesn't have any stretch to it so the buttons on top had a slight gap which I didn't like. Every where else it was flattering.
