Using on a sprained ankle that has an old fracture and gives great support. This is much better support than the other ones that have tried. The design works great with the way it fits around ankle. It is nice quality in material making the thickness of it just right. The fit help reduce the swelling, it is very easy to use and to wrap around ankle. Great price point to do the job.

I wore this brace pretty much every day for a few months due to an achilles heal issue. It was incredibly supportive and when it was on, I barely noticed in pain in my achilles. I went through weeks of PT and everyone who I worked with was impressed by this brace, with all of them encouraging me to continue wearing it as often as possible. The brace is extremely easy to use, with easily adjustable compression, consistently strong velco fasterners, and pretty much one-size-fits-all.

MUCH better than the other two that I tried and returned one of which cost 2 1/2 times as much. It is easy to put on, solidly constructed and very comfortable. It will keep your ankle from wobbling side to side, but will not stabilize the up-and-down movement of the front of your foot relative to your leg. Maybe Amazon will have them engineer one for stabilization in both directions in the future.

PAY ATTENTION TO THIS REVIEW!!!!!! I have degenerative, chronic tears in my achilles and my peroneal brevis is split in two. I've been wearing a boot for the last 6 weeks, but my right foot, which already had its own issues, has been overcompensating a lot, and it's been throwing off my gait significantly. I have been wearing these for a day now, and I just about cried when I started really walking in them. I FEEL LIKE I'M WALKING A RUNWAY. If you're on the fence about them, the worst thing that can happen is you have to return them. BUT YOU WON'T BECAUSE THEY ARE FANTASTIC. This is NOT a paid review, this is actually me, telling YOU, that if you are having any stability issues, these are gonna help a LOT. You have to make sure the fit is correct, because too tight is not comfortable at all. I wear one under my boot, too, and it adds even extra support. I can wear them around the house and not have to use my boot as much, too!

At the tail end of healing a fractured foot and ankle, and so far I'm really happy with this little brace! It's very comfortable to wear and walk in, easy to sleep in, and there's no velcro touching/scratching my skin. I've previously encountered the issue with other ankle braces where of the strap that goes around the ankle is not long enough so it's too tight to wear when my ankle is swollen. With this brace, however, I can not only put it on easily while my ankle is swollen but the ankle strap is long enough to still secure it nicely without it being too tight. It also has little ankle support slints down the side which were a pleasant surprise because I missed that part in the description, but what a nice surprise they were! Plus they're removable, so if you need a little less support and a little more wiggle room, you can take them out. I have not tried to wear it with a shoe yet, but overall no regrets buying this, definitely worth the $10.

I injured my Achilles and was directed to wear a stabilizing brace on that foot. This brace worked way and above my expectation. It has stabilizing bars on both sides of the ankle and is washable and soft for comfort. For good stability and comfort, I highly recommend this brace!

It helps if the goal is to restrict ankle movement but it doesn’t help w plantar fasciitis because the lower part is not long enough to enforce a long stretch of the plantar fascia say overnight the way the other heavier braces do. The soft and light material are very good features in design. Just make the bottom longer and add light straps to wrap it on top of the foot

I sprained my ankle and couldn’t put pressure on it, it was painful. When I received this, I put a sock on the injured ankle and put the ankle brace over it. Don’t be discouraged by the minimalistic appearance because it does the job of keeping your ankle from moving around and letting it heal itself without having bulky boot. Brace has three different straps and you can adjust them to how you need it to fit. There are inserts on the sides keeping your ankle confined and supported. Functional design, great option for not wanting a big clunky brace that just isn’t comfortable or gets in way.

Works great. Fits perfectly. Does its job.
