Review: great for the brewer or distiller that likes to experiment - There are 3 types of people, those that hate Amburana, those that LOVE it, and those that just don't know what it is. I was in the dont know what it is, but kept seeing all these whiskeys with amburana. I didnt want to take the 100+ gamble on those, so i bought this stick and put it and my favorite whiskey into a mason jar for 24-48 hours. In that short time, it gave my favorite whiskey this intense cinammon toast crunch smell and flavor. I LOVED it. let me go search out other amburana whiskeys knowing i should like them. Ive found one stick will work for 3 times, on 3 different 750ml bottles. the first time just soak for 1-2 days, the second time 3-5 days and the 3rd time for about 7 days.

There are 3 types of people, those that hate Amburana, those that LOVE it, and those that just don't know what it is.
