I LOVE them. For the price I am very impressed by the quality. The battery lasts me a full day of work, and the controls were easy to pick up. I found the distance to be quite impressive--when you get close to the edge of the bluetooth range the music will glitch a bit, but not until you are a good 40+ feet away from your phone. I'm able to leave my phone inside my desk and work in another room without any trouble, and when at home I can leave my phone downstairs and have no trouble using the headphones upstairs. The headphones are comfortable and I haven't run into any trouble with them falling out or sliding.One issue I did run into was that the directions for charging the headphones were a little off--I've found that the headphones must be turned on to charge. In addition, the headphones do tell you when you turn them on what the charge is at, as well as when the charge level changes (battery high, medium, or low).I've used these headphones exclusively for listening to music, so I can't say how well the phone functions work.update: after about of month of use the headphones are still working very well, however sometimes they can be a huge pain to charge. The port for the miniusb is quite recessed and I often have to really plug the miniusb in firmly and jiggle it around and hope it decides to charge. If the recess were not as deep or the opening a little wider so the miniusb could fit flush against the port I feel this would not be such an issue. She explained to me that she uses them on two different phones at the same time and that and that she like that she can walks around her office and keeps her phones charging for when she has to leave her office. The band itself is very comfortable, I barely even notice it around my neck. I especially like that the earbuds are retractable; no more dealing with pesky earbud wires becoming tangled in your pocket if you like to take a set of headphones on the go with you. They also paired very easily with my iPhone SE and will consistently re-connect if I walk too far from my phone. They only take about an hour to charge and will last 4-5hrs of straight music listening. The sound is loud and clear and has great bass.The only concern I have is the wires connecting the earbuds seem a little thin. This is my first pair of this type of headphone though. The charging cable that comes with it is also super short. I usually have stack something near the wall for the neckband to sit on/hang off of otherwise it would just be dangling from the socket.All in all, though I really love this product!
