This has truly no added sugar. Good for tea/coffee. Mixes easily in hot water. Since there's no added sugar, it doesn't override the taste of other spices in the tea. For example, masala tea tastes actually like masala tea with fairly strong masala flavour. However, if you are used to sugar added milk powders, you need to get used to its taste. It may appear bland initially. But, for those who are serious about no sugar, this product is a good one.

Does the work good substitute for a while id say
Ordered it to clinch some extra protein intake during navratri, taste is actually very very bad like im talking about per 100 grams plus 1.5 glass of milk and some ice to decrease the density. Still tastes literally s#it even if you add whey it cant hide the sodium taste. Smell is good okaysh id say. I will really not consider this product as a primary source of protein can act as a substitute. If you wanto buy it as a gainer it still is trash go for avvatar or something good w b12.

Poor quality and tasteless.
