They work as described and feel really good on my arthritic hands. The higher setting gets very hot as other reviewers mention. Instead of gloves I bought thin cotton socks from the dollar store and when I wear them it isn’t too hot. You can also heat it up on hot then turn it down while wearing. If I use lotion my hands feel extra soft after.

As strange as it seems was al.ist too hot in could nit leave hand in for 15 min in high,medium was not high eneough,going to try find a cotton glove better hot than not enough

Got these for my husband who has very cold hands. He loves them. The mitts warmed up quickly, and are easy to operate. I like using them to treat my hands with oils and creams. It helps my skin absorb them better.

Warming pockets work very, very well however they don’t give you an outside cover or the inside sleeve. Sometimes it gets way too hot. You really have to be careful you could burn yourself.
