Better than previously owned soundboard. Hooked up to the tv correctly it produces amazing sound.

This is such a beautiful sound setup to pair with my Samsung Q80D TV. I'm hearing things in games and films that I didn't hear before and in some games the surround sound is so good I can hear where things are coming from very easily. Feeling the whole room rumble in action scenes then the crystal clear clarity in quieter moments makes me wonder why O didn't take the plunge sooner. The seller is good and responsive but Parcel Force not so much - their communication skills are virtually non-existent after sending me a message on Friday saying it'd be delivered on Monday despite them not even being in possession of the item - eventually turned up on Thursday so be aware of that as they're terrible. But, this is a review of the product, not the delivery after all and for the product it gets a big thumbs up from me. One word of advice - setup is very easy but for the eARC connection on Samsung TVs you'll need to go into the External Device Manager and ensure Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is turned on first or it won't find it. Then go to the sound menu, expert settings and turn on HDMI eARC mode from there.

Well made, looks good, works well with our LG OLED, don’t need to have the sound level up so much now (as per the case when just using the onboard sound on the tv ) not full of flashing lights when in use. Discreet small LED display only visible at switch on. Very pleased overall with this.

Sound quality was good when it worked. 20 days past warranty and the subwoofer stopped pairing with the sound bar. Samsung don't want to know (even if you can get through to speak to someone) and said that we have to get their approved contractors to call out and repair the Bluetooth board, even when they admitted there is a fault with it. Buy the wired version.

This soundbar, paired with Samsung TV, activates “Q-Symphony” sound mode which combines the TV speakers with the bar and subwoofer. The result is very clear, clean and detailed sound with rumbling bass and crisp dialogue. I plan to add wireless rear SWA-9500S surrounds to fill the whole room with awesome sound!

Pairs well with Sony TV (through HDMI ARC/eARC, ports on both devices - no comment on BT or WiFi connection) - but lose use of TV as "center speaker" unless paired with Samsung TV. Not a great loss, as far as I can tell. Not much sound from the subwoofer, but I haven't really cranked the volume on an action movie.

Arrived on time and undamaged. Easy set-up on the first try with a Samsung TV already installed. The bar is heavier that it looks, so be sure whatever you put it on (or mount it on) is rated for the weight. The sound is really solid. There is an app or you can use the remote to tweak the relative volume of the individual channels. The bass is very solid.
