If you want to try out rucking, this is an excellent option. Especially if you already have barbell plates at home. Even if you don't, those are much cheaper than dedicated ruck plates. "Buy once, cry once" does not apply to something you may decide isn't for you. I'm looking at you, New Year's Resolution two weekers. I used a pair of 10lb olympic barbell plates and they fit easily. Even with a cut up old exercise mat added for a bit of extra padding, there's still room for another pair of plates. You could also use 5lb or 2.5lb plates to mix and match, giving more flexibility. Without the need to pay for weight, this cost me less than $40. This is my first pack, so no basis for comparison, but it seems well constructed and the price is great. It fits pretty well and allows good freedom of movement. Using iron or steel plates, instead of the bags of powder in other cheap options cuts down on excess bulk. Also digging the fact there is no silly branding emblazoned all over it.

This is exactly the weighted vest I was looking for. I am very picky about how weighted vests look. I wanted a MOLLE-style layout, but only in clean, straight lines, and I specifically wanted an army green color. This vest checked all those boxes. The vest is solid and very well made. It is thick, durable, and feels like quality gear. The shoulder straps are excellent and provide enough cushioning to comfortably support walking, rucking, and hiking. The belt clips are strong and provide good structure, which keeps the vest from shifting around too much during use. This makes it very effective for rucking and hiking. Running with it is not ideal and there is some bounce, but it can be tightened enough that it’s manageable. Realistically, no weighted vest completely eliminates bounce when running. The plates fit perfectly, stay snug, and remain securely snapped in place. The only thing I wish this vest had is more Velcro, but that does not affect its performance or my overall opinion. If you are looking for a weighted vest that is functional, durable, and has a clean, professional military-style look, I would absolutely recommend this one.

A good entry level vest. Works fine for most exercises, but could be more comfortable for others. Not quite as snug as id like it for burpees, push-ups, and jumps. But perfect for upright exercises like squats, pull-ups, step ups, and walking. If your works outs are really intense, I'd get a more comfortable vest. If it's only for 10-15 WODS, you'll be fine. This would be tough to perform something like a full Murph where you might be bouncing all around for an hour.

This is a great item for someone who works out. My son uses it to run and he loves it. It has slot of spots to add weights to it

Wore this three times a week for one hour hikes with weighted plates. After the fifth hike, the second week, the fabric started ripping. Not even at the seams, just randomely all over. I use high quality plates with soft rounded edges and rounded corners. The plates are not the problem. I wore the same plates in another vest for five years and it is still fine. The only reason I got this one was for the vest webbing to attach pouches and accessories. But it's pointless. Another week this will be in the trash.

I bought this along with plates for protection while on duty and let me tell you. Not only is it very comfortable to wear but the plates stay in place with no worry in the world that they would either shift around or fall out of the vest. This is a great buy for a great price. I feel very comfortable wearing this a long with the two plates without having to worry if God forbidden that I should allow anyone get close enough to me to do any type of harm being with a knife or a gun I feel very strongly that I am very protected and that I will be going home at the end of my shift. The shoulder straps are not digging into my shoulders being that it's being weighed down by the two 6 1\2 pound plates along with my other equipment and side arm. The Velcro is super strong and has not lost it's strength.

I bought this vest to carry a pair of actual ballistic plates, one in the front and one in the back, and it's performed exactly as I was hoping. The vest fits very well and adjusts easily to get a secure, comfortable fit. Once the plates were installed, the weight was distributed nicely and the vest carried them without feeling unstable or shifting around excessively. I was pleased with how well it handled the added weight. Even with real ballistic plates installed, the vest felt solid and comfortable to wear. If you're looking for a weighted vest that can also accommodate standard ballistic plates for training or fitness use, this is a great option. It has a good fit, feels well made, and supports the weight confidently.

Both the vest and the plate is good quality but the combo selleing deal is not that great as the plate is a bit to big for the vest Maby when they dual advetise make sure the plate fits inside the vest Plate weights is accureite weighted it an scale showed 13.7 kg 100 gram more than advestised

Lo utilizo para agregar peso al realzar sentadillas, ya que tengo complicación para realizarlas con barra, posible posteriormente compre las placas. Excelente calidad y servicio.
