foams are always in mens sizes and just like slides you should go a half size up as they dont have half sizes. im a 9.5 and wear size 10 slides and foam runners. hope this helps you. feel free to reach out with any questions you have. always want people to make the best educated purchases. even if its not with me. have a blessed day.
