Works
I love it. I was advised to use it for sinus issues and realised it somehow helped with my legs. I have circulation problems and often my ankles swell and legs feel heavy after this drops they don’t swell and my legs feel much lighter. I’m not using it daily only when feel necessary, highly recommended.

Worth trying
I’ve been taking these drops for nasal congestion and post nasal drip, for around 10 days now. I think they are having a positive effect, as my congestion is a lot less than previously. I’ve tried steroid sprays, various other things and had no luck. I’m hoping to continue seeing an improvement. The bottle will last quite some time, so will definitely keep taking twice a day. The taste is a bit of a challenge, but no big deal when it works.

Great Stuff !
This Plantago is the only thing that has made any difference to my 'back of the nose and throat' issues. I can feel the relief within a day. Nasal steriod sprays have made no difference, but this definitely improves symptoms massively.

Labyrinthitis
I got this tincture for my wife who has suffered from Labyrinthitis for over 2 years. I read an article which suggested Plantain tincture was good for sinus and inner ear problems. She has been taking it for over 2 weeks and there is a definite improvement in the symptoms. Update 6 September 2013 My wife had another 3 bottles of this tincture. She was not convinced it was making enough of a difference so didn't bother any more. It seems as though Labyrinthitis needs time for the body to heal itself.
