**Q: This was a christmas gift that was purchased it in august. My son got gifted 2 of them. Amazon is unable to process a return. how can i return this?**

A: So, although they say it meets the standards, this still contains lead and there is a P65 warning directly on the business' site.... Technically it could contain 90ppm of lead or less and still pass certification
