Lovely looking mirror with versatile lighting. The heat element is just a panel in the middle but it really does work and do what needed. Wiring is simple and plenty of space at the back to hardwire into a water tight jointing box. Only thing to note, which we actually like, is the 3 buttons in the glass stay illuminated bright blue, to the point where our ensuite stays lit with a blue light all night, which we like. But be aware, it is quite a bright blue and you can't dim or turn this off.

Mirror is great easy to install and solid build. It just added extra wow factor to the en suite bathroom. Happy with the product and fully recommend. Seller contacted me with some tips on how to operate those 3 touch buttons which was very helpful.

A good looking mirror But it was Severely Damaged when I took it out of the Damaged Box... The LED didn’t work and the Frame was Crushed beyond repair... Returned Back to Amazon. Very disappointed.

This mirror is excellent value. Looks like it could cost twice the price. On brightest setting illuminates the whole bathroom. There are 3 "colours" of white light and an antifog function which work well. There was a slight issue with the mirror which was speedily rosolved more than satisfactorily. The friendly customer service and clear communication were of an exceptional standard which one rarely experiences these days. I can fully recommend both the mirror and the seller. Very happy.

Very nice mirror the blue lights will go off completely if you keep your finger on for two seconds We leave the blue lights on all night save’s turning main light on We love it looks lovely and easy to install

came broken big chunk was smashed in bottom corner, very disappointed looked very nice and gave a bright glow

Mirror came intact & we had it hardwired in bathroom by electrician. It comes with a plug attached at the back to test if lights are working, which they were & electricrician removed plug for hardwire. However after installing & taking off protective film on mirror we discovered a flaw- lights work, mirror not scratched but marked under the mirror front in one corner.contacted Amazon but can’t get anyone to understand that it is now without plug for return, & any compensation apparently isn’t an option. Extremely dissatisfied with them as mirror not cheap & we’ve paid for installation—beware!!

This is a fab mirror. The light is good for putting make up on and shaving. With the heated option on, my husband can have a shower and have a shave straight away and be able to see. My bathroom fitter wired it in with no issues.

Pros: Easy to hang Looks great Light adjustable in three different colors Cons: Hardwiring will/may require an electrician. No notches in back of mirror to route the cord through. So I purchased this thinking I could hardwire it, but the cord that comes with the unit is plenty long enough and does reach the normal outlet in the bathroom just fine. Strap it up with some wire straps and you are set. Installing: Basically, take the the mirror out of the box. The only thing I needed was the mounting plates that is in small box. I would not recommend using the anchors that they come with, I would only use 50lb rated drywall anchors if no stud is present in one of the areas. You can measure this to be sure. Start with one of the hangers first, find a stud if possible. I usually use the strong magnet type of stud finder, best out there. Once I find the stud and it is in a good position, you then screw the first side of the hanger in, keep it loose in case there isn't a stud on the other side of the hanger. You can then use a level to be sure the hanger is super level, then get a pencil or maker and mark the hanger hold. Now drop down the hanger and place the "Self Drilling" anchor, slide the hanger back up and screw it in. Now to place the 2nd hanger, check for studs then when ready to set the hanger, put a level across the top of the other hanger and this will line it up to be level, mark your holes, place anchors or directly drill into stud(if available). In the end, the installation was good and quick for me. After the first installation I was able to install the 2nd mirror in 15 minutes. I used the supplied cord, which is already attached to the mirror and plugged it in. The only thing that sucks is that there are no notches behind the mirror(that I know of) so you can route the cord through as to make the mirror flush on the wall behind it. Surprising the manufacturer didn't include that, but...oh well. Hope this helps and have fun.

The mirror we received just wasn't very bright. It's entirely insufficient for shaving or applying makeup. For the 20x28 model that I bought, the specs say >1400 lumens. For a typical LED, that would be 16 watts. But the power box is labeled 15W and that has to include power for the anti-fog heater. The dimmer and color temperature functions worked as advertised. We didn't test the anti-fog.

These are a great addition to your bathroom redo!

Works well and easy to install but light intensity could be better. Its OK but just not bright enough.
