What do these taste like?

These bites offer a sweet, crunchy twist on traditional cheesecake with a caramelized finish. While they’re made from real cheesecake, the freeze-drying process creates a unique flavor and texture experience, not soft and creamy like a fresh slice.

Why are the pieces hard?

Freeze-drying naturally creates a firm, crunchy texture. If you prefer a softer bite, let the piece sit on your tongue for a few seconds to soften slightly before chewing.

Does freeze-drying make these taste stale?

Not at all. Each bag is sealed immediately after production to preserve freshness. If the bag is left open for too long, the product can lose its crispness, we recommend resealing between snacking sessions.

What does “freeze-dried” mean exactly?

Freeze-drying removes moisture without cooking or baking, preserving the flavor and extending shelf life. It’s what gives the cheesecake its light, crunchy texture and makes it a shelf-stable snack with no need for refrigeration.

My bag had some broken pieces—are they still good?

Yes! Breakage is normal with freeze-dried treats due to their fragile nature, but it doesn’t impact the taste or quality.
