I’ve been using this Valerian Root + Melatonin sleep aid for a few weeks, and my experience has been a bit mixed—but overall positive enough to give it 4 stars. On the nights when it works well, it really works. I fall asleep faster, feel more relaxed, and the combination of melatonin, L-theanine, and valerian seems thoughtfully formulated. I also like that it includes turmeric/curcumin, which feels like an added wellness bonus. That said, the results have been somewhat inconsistent for me. Some nights I notice a clear calming effect, while other nights it doesn’t seem to make much of a difference. I haven’t quite figured out what affects that—timing, food, or just natural variability.
