The embroidery is silky, the fabric is not too thin while still being lightweight and breathable, and it includes a beautiful tassel belt to tie at the waist. I am tall, curvy gal at 5'10" wearing a U.S. 22...I'm glad I ordered the 3x as it shows my curves when belted while still leaving room to move and sit, is wide enough at the shoulders, and the length hits me at about the ankles. I would expect to pay much more for the quality and fit...I feel sooo beautiful in it! Really thin material however. But the rope is not attached, you can choose not to wear it. It’s a straight cut, or slim cut, so it hugs the hips if you’re hippy. If you want a traditional roomy fit go up a size. It was also a bit shorter than I expected and the slit does not go very high but I still love the dress very much. I can’t wait to buy in more colors. I wish they made pants that match with hem embroidery too because if they did I would be wearing it outside the house as a set. I will still be wearing this outside but maybe in summer.
