This is a real dermaroller with 192 real needles. Please use this and not the ones with the wheels that are embedded as they are not sharp enough and they tear at your skin. This is superb.

Very nice dermaroller. Needles are sharp. Roller is sturdy and rolls smoothly and easily. I use 70% alcohol to clean it and use it a couple of times a week. I have used others and I believe these do help stimulate collagen production. I like that this brand comes in multiple sizes so you can work your way up in size. Solid purchase.

Works great! I use this for hair loss treatment. Needles penetrate deep enough. Price was great and I received this next day.

I was nervous to try microneedling at home, but this roller feels sturdy and gentle on the skin. After a few uses, my skin already looks smoother and more refreshed. Love the pretty blue color too!

The "Crystal1.0" roller I received had 1.5mm needles, not 1.0mm. There was also 1 bent needle. It came in a nice plastic case and was good quality in other respects.

It does what is expected, abraiding the skin for better absorption of applied products. This is the second one I've purchased, both made by different manufacturers. This one can be painfully sharp and has to be used with reasonable caution and might not be right for people with sensitive skin or scalp.

This works great. I had a smaller one that I was using on my scalp and it was tangling my hair in it. This one is much better and I can feel it working with my hair routine.

Pretty sturdy and sharp. The smaller attachments were great too! The little case is also thick so it will pack well with other stuff shoved in.
