A good option
I am a 55-year-old adult, 6.9'' tall, 220 lbs., and I use motorcycle safety gear that adds another 30 lbs. I was looking for something with good power and a strong, robust body at a good price. Something that helps me get around since the time I would use it is very early, 3:15 AM, and there is no transportation to take my train, and I have to cover 3 miles from my house to the station where service is available early, and from there go downtown and cover 6 more miles as there is no transportation at 4:10 AM. I'm not interested in going over 31 mph, as it is dangerous for me, and this one has several features I liked, such as: (1) Good built-in safety lighting. (2) A body with no welds and one solid piece. (3) Two powerful motors; when climbing 35-degree slopes, they go up without problems and surprisingly do not decrease in speed. (4) The usage range is acceptable; for 2 days with lights on and at high speed, it travels very well on a single charge. (5) The suspension is very good. (6) The braking, another WOW, effective and fast. (7) Customer service is very good, just keep in mind that they are in China and there is a time difference, so they do not respond immediately, and if they do, it is when they start working, giving you accurate information and videos for your repairs. (8) The parts are not expensive, and the best part is that since they come from China to the USA by air, delivery takes 4 to 5 days. What takes time is the customs inspections, but it is really very fast. (9) I have used it on rainy days, and it has not given me any problems. (10) After 6 seconds it goes into cruise speed mode, which helps with the fatigue of having your finger on the speed switch; you can also configure it in the phone app. I am really very satisfied with my purchase, and if you are looking for a scooter for daily transportation, this is a good option for power, durability, speed, range, and price.

Great scooter
I’ve been riding this dual-motor scooter for a bit now, and the performance is incredible. If you are used to single-motor commuter scooters, this is a completely different beast. The dual motors give you insane acceleration, and it climbs steep hills without breaking a sweat or slowing down. I’ve managed to hit right around that 31 mph mark on flat pavement, and it feels solid and stable even at top speed. The build quality feels heavy-duty and durable. It’s definitely on the heavier side because of the dual motors and battery, but that’s the tradeoff for this kind of power. If you want something fast that handles daily riding like a champ, this is worth every penny.

Beast Mode
The Short of it: This thing is awesome!!! An absolute beast. Admittedly it is a little heavy, but I can still carry it into the office one handed, but people often ask if it's heavy. It's very fast and the battery lasts a long time, full suspension smoothes out a bumpy ride The Long: Parking is an absolute nightmare at my job...and those who want to get a good parking spot often need to arrive 1 hour before clock in (hmm... maybe corporate does it on purpose). About 1 mile away there is plenty of parking, and honestly the walk isn't a big deal but it's time that is the concern. After wasting 15-20 min looking for a close spot and then deciding to go to the far lot, I don't always leave myself another 15-20 min to walk to the office. It's not a straight shot and there are several crossings and a traffic light so it could take 20min. That's not the point... The point is, I have this scooter in the trunk of my car... I don't even need to bother with looking for a close spot... I park in the empty lot and then hop right into traffic with the scooter. I'm at the office in what feels like 5min. The scooter has a head light, tail/brake light, turn signals and a horn... And it goes 31mph?! I'm going to clearly admit... I have not gone 35mph on it. I easily got it up to 25mph in the level 3/race mode. And... It feels fast; it feels terrifyingly fast. In the second mode I've finally gotten comfortable with the 19mph top speed and the torquey acceleration, this also coming from a 210lb male. The thumb control is maybe awkward at first, but I think I prefer it to a wrist twist. I've owned and ridden motorcycles and this isn't one. With the relatively big tires and full suspension it does take bumps, cracks and shallow potholes well. If you prep yourself you can take a speed bump at speed as well. It is considered an off road rated scooter so that is expected... But I've been in built 4WD vehicles that climb mountains but also ride like crap. This ride is smooth, but your not sipping your morning coffee while taking bumps on the scooter. I've ridden the scooter through sand at a kids playground... It got through the compact stuff but it definitely slowed down through the softer stuff, but no wheel spin. I've gotten through gravel as well, wet streets, shallow puddles and some light mud. But I do not think this is going to climb sand dunes.... Not that someone would normally buy this scooter for that purpose, but there are trolls everywhere. Lastly I got this to act as my own self rescue vehicle when wheeling. Yes a pit bike or small dirt bike would be better... But this scooter is way more compact, and the battery is huge. It should get through just about any trail I'm on, and get me miles in minutes, so again I could walk 6 miles down a fire road in August or... Go 19-25mph and get the the end in 15-20 min, get what I need and then head back to my broke down rig.

This is a very safe scooter and the best e-scooter for a long range battery!
This e-scooter is so worth its money and time. We bought two of them because we also bought the rz800 a year ago. We couldn’t wait for these to come out so we could get two this time. Let me start with saying they are amazing. I unfortunately popped my front tire and cracked my front motor. My husband and I were riding on a fresh paved street in our town, in the bike lane going the street speed limit. I ran through a chunk of concrete. My scooter ran up over the chunk and shattered it in the street. That was the same day I got it and the motors are out of stock. I did not wreck, I did not lose control of my scooter. My husband checked it out because I told him my tire went flat and I was puzzled how I ran over anything on brand new paved street. But anyhow they are so durable and very dependable. I feel safe on these scooters. The battery life is the best we can find in an e-scooter or e-bike. We can take our two scooters out (rz1000) & (rz800) to ride them around town, on bike trails, BMX trails and have fun for hours. They have four shocks so rides are very smooth. They don’t get hot like big box store scooters do. We ride them as our main source of transportation so we take them out a lot. They are great for taking fishing, trail riding, light weight grocery shopping, night time cruise, extreme trails, mud/dirt, rocks, grass, and even climbs hills with ease. The rz1000 will run through anything and you’ll be safe. The only thing with these is the speaker and horn isn’t always reliable. For us it’s not a big deal at all, we enjoy the outdoors and the sounds of nature anyways. But every aspect of this brand of scooters is a big five star for my husband and I both. We can’t think of anything that would make this any better than it already is. We plan to buy more. I’m devastated that I took out my front tire and motor they same day I got it on a road that we took very often on nice nights. It still puzzles me but I’m certain there’s nothing to be done about it except buy another one. We love them!

No regrets!
Bought this due to the good reviews. Now ive only ridden this around the neighborhood so far. I can confirm its a blast to ride. Easy to put together, packaged well, scooter is well put together as well. Didnt even have to put air in the tires! Came to me at 80% charged. So far if im being picky would be not seeing the charge while its charging without unplugging and checking the app after turning it on. Pros: Good construction Plenty of power Comfortable ride thanks to the dual suspension Packaging The app works fine Lighting on it is plenty and works as intended Cons: The brakes, not the best but it'll do for my needs. Some minor loose sounds from the clip that snaps into the base when riding rough areas Or curbs Overall for now, great buy and it'll do hills no problem Im 6'1 201lbs and it moves like im not even there. Ill be holding this scooter till it gives out no plans to change out of it.

Great potential, but persistent tire leaks and manufacturing issues hold it back
I am genuinely struggling with having to give this scooter a lower rating because, truth be told, it is easily one of the best scooters I have ever ridden in my life. I have tons of experience riding shared micromobility like Lime, Bird, and Spin—and honestly, Spin is the only thing that even comes close to comparing to the ride quality of this machine. As someone on the heavier side, (I weigh 396) I specifically bought this scooter because it advertised a 440 lb weight capacity. I needed something sturdy, did weeks of research, read every single review, and thought this would be perfect. What I didn’t see anyone talking about in the comments, however, was the tire pressure issue. I am dealing with a severe, persistent manufacturing defect where the tires constantly lose air, dropping down to a dangerous 3.5 PSI while just sitting stationary while I'm at work. It is incredibly frustrating because a scooter that costs a little over $1,000 should not have problems this severe right out of the box, especially with basic components like tires. To make matters worse, getting help is exhausting. Customer service is 13 hours ahead of our time zone, meaning I have to stay up and try to contact them between 11:00 PM and 12:00 AM when I should be sleeping. I am currently waiting for a real solution from them. If they can’t fix this, I will literally be on my third scooter, and at that point, I’ll have no choice but to return it and get my money back. It has incredible potential, but the quality control on the tires is a massive dealbreaker for daily transportation. Pros: Unbeatable ride quality—easily beats Lime and Bird, and rivals Spin. Incredible 440 lb weight capacity, making it perfect and sturdy for heavier riders. Heavy-duty frame and high-end performance. Cons: Major quality control issue with the tires holding air (constantly drops to 3.5 PSI). Customer service is 13 hours ahead, making communication a late-night nightmare. Too many issues for a vehicle that costs over $1,000.

Great scooter
It’s solidly well built extremely rugged. The display is phenomenally clear. Very bright lights for night excursions. Has a fingerprint sensor to unlock it. Has a horn with a Bluetooth speaker. The scooter is amazing all around. Great speed n takes speed bumps quite pleasantly. Handle bar grips are great. Thick rugged tires a very well put together scooter. I recommend it overall great price compared to other models.

This is an amazing scooter
I love riding this scooter. I only hav about 30 miles on the scooter. I like that the battery lasts a long time. I was skeptical about the small tires and going over 10 mph but, I will say that it is very stable even at 30mph. The only thing I would change is I wish it had a twist throttle instead of a thumb throttle. My thumb does cramp up after a few miles..it is very portable but carrying it is awkward at times. It weighs about 60 lbs and I think people shorter than me(I am 5'10") might have trouble carrying it when folded. I also think the optional seat on their website is a bit pricey but I did buy that also.

Powerful acceleration, self balancing, max speed FAST!! Long range turn signals!! Great in snow!!
Long lasting battery when moving at top speed, the built in horn has a good loud single noise audible inside a car yet not so loud as to scare grandma out of her skirt, it has several other safety features built in like turn signals which albeit a bit awkward to use due to their buttons placement on the left and right hand side being directly above the button for changing speeds (I find I accidentally hit speed swap if I’m in winter gloves or not being prudent about my finger placement it does have the nice feature of automatically turning itself off after set duration or a well angled turn. The fingerprint feature I haven’t used yet admittedly as I’m one of those and in one of those safety minded cities (ie in Toronto we have a saying if it isn’t nailed down it’s gonna run off, with how much I love this new scooter being a direct upgrade from segway/ninebot max2 the dual hub motors grip and propel it in ways the old scooter never could; allowing my winter rides (yes I’ve ridden through snow on roads and in parks just to test the off road and snow handling) to be as of yet fully in control which I partially attribute to a tire with (finally!) good grips so no gripes there ;P the dual suspension makes a super smooth ride and I just to test them gunned it to max at the worst point on a speed bump and no lie I got more discomfort from the super fast acceleration which if ur not careful could scare some. However being in perfect control of this acceleration which once going split fraction of a second smooths out perfectly while the sturdy well built frame feels just as if not more robust and durable then my previous Segway model, my only real complaint comes from the headlight which as there are lower mounted ones isn’t actually a problem but honest review honest issue so when assembling I couldn’t figure out where/how to affix it in the targeted spot (it’s more difficult then it sounds lol trust me on this I build led light setups for peoples scooters time to time as a side gig) the problem with the main headlamp is it isn’t secured or affixed to the two pin cable attachment and as it looks like it’s a part of the main power line you try to get extra cord to manoeuvre it and it easily disconnects standard needle nose can’t get it out of the secure waterproof housing (going to get some long handle pliers to fix this but again splitting hairs on this complaint as it’s literally my only complaint about this powerfully well rounded scooter with its own turn signals fast acceleration and cruise speeds inbuilt power road lights which are sufficient without the main lamp, and amazing suspension that it’s a must ride at 100lbs it does weigh in at a higher value which also accounts for its more robust and sturdy frame that’s built to support and I mean comfortabley a 6foot tall 180. # adult male with room to stuff their small partner securely in the front (be careful they might shift in transit :P) so ample foot room on the deck I’m saying and a tall handlebar made for regular adult heights has been a godsend. Will add pics videos and a 3d model for you all to check out soon :D yeah that’s how much I’m lovin it…

The best scooters money can buy!
I did so much research before finally deciding to buy two of these, and honestly, I’m so happy we did! They are phenomenal. They have great power and handle all kinds of terrain really well. We’ve taken them over different trails, down curbs, and all sorts of places, and they’ve handled everything we’ve thrown at them. I also really like the safety features, which were a big factor for me when choosing them. We’ve been using them all summer and couldn’t be happier with them. They’ve definitely lived up to what I was hoping for, and I would absolutely recommend them. Now I just need to figure out where to buy replacement parts, like tires and things like that, when we eventually need them!

Fantastic scooter
After receiving the scooter, unpacking was easy and setup was fairly simple. We downloaded the app, connected via Bluetooth and set up our fingerprint scans. It worked well. I had a question regarding locking when turned off so I reached out to support and got a response pretty quickly. They gave me the information I was looking for, and we were off to the races. In the app settings, many things can be changed to suit your needs, like speed ranges, cruise control, and fingerprint unlock. The app is not accessible unless you are connected to the scooter, so this could be an improvement to allow you to see data and make changes prior to your next ride. We have used the scooter in dirt trails, hills, and roadways. It is very rugged and can handle most trails we have attempted. I bought a second scooter as we were very satisfied with the first one. 🙂 Its a great purchase!

I named mine Fabio…
Although I had expectations, they were met, and they were exceeded by the capacity and performance of this machine. I live in Montreal, where roads are among the worst in North America, the amount of potholes and construction sites in the city makes it insanely challenging, and the fact that this machine, this vehicle, with two motors and double suspension can ride so smoothly is beyond understanding. I feel safe, secure, rides are smooth, and the machine itself is incredibly well built. I feel extra safe by knowing that the breaking system works so well, the horn is loud and for ridding in Montreal that is a blessing, The traffic signals are easy to activate and see, and the fact that it can be paired to an application makes it even better. I’ve had questions on certain issues with Fabio, and I took a chance by riding to the company that sold it through Amazon, into my surprise, they not only answered, they even added how-to videos on how to resolve my non-issue issues, so having a real person helping me, actually makes me feel very happy. Fabio is steady, there is plenty room on the stand for me to feel secure. I can monitor the amount of energy I have consumed and charging him is a breeze. Would I recommend this company? 100%. Would I buy something from this company again? 100%. Am I impressed with their customer service and post sales assistance? 100%. Fabio is to date, the best thing I have bought here in a long time. Remember to always follow the rules of the roads and you will be happy to go from one place to the next on this scooter. He takes no room at home, and is easy to transport if ever I need to put him in a car.
