Best generic patches you can buy
These patches are old faithful! I decided to try buying 28mg patches this time around, from a different generic brand, had my quit date timed perfectly, to ensure no chance at accidental relapse, put 2 on the night before and woke up to ZERO nicotine in my system. Massively disappointed, I re-order a different 28mg brand, after screwing up my timing, and then those ALSO had NO nicotine. I was so frustrated. I finally just reordered these, tried putting on just one (this time before my actual new quit date) just to make sure it wasnโt me, but the patches, and a few hours later, all withdrawal symptoms were gone! BUY THESE PATCHES! Do NOT be fooled by the so-called 28mg patches like I wasโฆ

These are probably the better buy
Best available - smaller less irritating patch size yet full strength. Half patch works well. I feel confidently able to resist.

Great value and quality
The adhesive sticks really well and the perforated cuts are great for any step you want to adjust to. My main issue with other patches is that they start peeling away almost immediately. I have gone snorkeling for a few hours with one of these on and it barely started lifting away. By far the best value and quality
