Its good for daily use but not a 3+years life stethoscope like litmann's brand for example:) I had it since year... its working good ... no problems yet ... but when you compare it to litmann class 3 (like you compering hyondi to a Mercedes) both doing there job but the quality little felt more in litmann , and it doesn't fit good in the ears .... so it sometimes annoys ... if you dont care about the look ... save some and get littmans classic 3 of course **Q: Is it a good stethoscope for a emt ?** A: It’s bulky but it’s good enough .
